I made this is Layered Cheesecake for Zheng Yi
The dinosaur was drawn and cut by daddy (to make dinosaur stencil) & used cocoa powder

Off Topic...
while making Zheng Yi's Birthday cake, I make another 6 inch for my family consumption.
But my elder Zheng Hung complaint that I did not make cake for him. He said he didn't get to blow the candles, as Di di blows it all.
So this 6 inch cake tend to be his candle blowing session hahaha
You can see how happy he was....kids....
